Pony Rides and Baby Lambs!

The little Preschoolers went on a field trip today out to the Graham's Farm to see the baby lambs! They had so much fun!

This is Kelton Peterson with Callie and Addie. Those little Peterson Boys are going to cause us some trouble I'm afraid!

Some of the kids held the lambs, but not our girls! They were a little nervous! I couldn't get Addie to even stand by Callie for a picture.

They could almost be twins in this picture if Addie's cheeks were a little chubbier!

Then she asked who wanted to bottle feed the lambs and wouldn't you know the girls couldn't wait to do that!

After they checked out the lambs they saddled up for a little pony ride which they loved!

The little pony is the same size as Black Jack (Roy and Barbara's). We will have to borrow him this Summer for some Pony rides!

Bowdee went too but it was a little too windy to uncover him for a picture!

Happy 3 Month Birthday Bowdee!!

This is today's picture to show you how big our little preemie is getting! I took him into the clinic today while the girls were at dancing so I could get his 3 month weight.........He weighs 9lbs 6ozs! I was shocked! He is growing way too fast!

He holds his head up pretty good now and will even roll from his belly to his back. He has started to smile at us more but is still kind of stingy with those. When I hold him he likes to have 2 fists full of my hair almost like he's holding on for dear life. You have to really pry his fists open to get it out. So cute! He wants to eat about every 2 to 3 hours and loves his swing and chair. He likes his car seat and sleeps every time we go for a ride. Most of the time lately he is wearing only a diaper. I dress him but after about 3 outfits by noon I give up. I told Seth he likes to be naked that's why he spits up on all his clothes. He loves bath time but absolutely hates when I put lotion on him. He definitely has a little temper. When he is hungry he lets you know and he won't give up until he is taken care of. He is so fun! We love you little Bowdee!!

So this is the little horse that Bowdee got at the Easter Egg Hunt. It is so cute. Brooke put his little arm around it while he was sleeping and then we all went to eat dinner. When I came to check on him he had both arms around it snuggling with it! Cutest thing ever!!


Keep growing little buddy! We are so proud of you!!

The rest of our Easter...

After the Egg Hunt out West we went home and colored eggs. The girls loved it!! I think Callie would have worked on them till morning if we hadn't ran out of eggs.

Easter Morning

The girls woke up way too early. They were so excited!

Not really sure if Bowdee was excited or not. Looks kind of un-impressed.

You can tell from this photo that Seth and I were woke up too early!

So I told Seth we need a good picture of all our kids together and so I got them all dressed up in their Easter clothes and as soon as I handed Bowdee to them he spit up all over his clothes. But we cleaned them off and took the picture anyway.

Brooke has great egg spotting eyes! When it was our turn and we had everything pretty well picked up she found me another 3 eggs! Seth hopes they can find sheds as well as eggs. haha

I didn't get any pictures of the other 2 age groups cause I was busy with little Bowdee and getting things ready for this...

The first ever Parent/Grandparent Egg Hunt!

So this year we decided to send our parent on an egg hunt of their own. It was sooo funny! This is them at the starting line. We let Carissa and Kylie go for Grandma Jean. You see Tammy pointing, well she was pointing at Seth and asking what he was doing over there with the eggs. I told her I was not responsible for his doings and probably not to go that direction.

Here you will see our dear sweet little Aunt Tammy shoving little Kylie to the ground over that little blue egg! Haha








So we made a few mistakes that we will learn from. We let Seth help hide the loot. And in the process he refilled a few eggs and set a few trip lines with wire he found out there. I was like "Seth get out there and take them down so we don't end up with a broken leg or something." He's like "I can't theres like 5 of them."

I didn't get a picture but at the end they all opened their eggs and most of them had #s for prizes. Well Tammy and Brent were working together and Tammy kept getting eggs with dirt and weeds in them. She was complaining and JaNaes like we told you not to go where you saw Seth. Tammys like "There were so many eggs over there, I couldn't help it, it was too tempting!" We had some good little prizes like tools, lotions, photo albums, a tarp and stuff like that. Then we had some gag prizes like a walking cane, glasses, a bottle of tums, and stuff. It was so funny! They were the best sports. I really hope someone got pictures of JaNae with her cane and Blair with his glasses.

It was so fun to give back a little! I think they were all shocked. The way they were running, I know they had fun! It was so worth it! Loved it! And I hope they enjoy dinner and hopefully they can all go together! Thanks a bunch to them for the years of fun!!!

Mona Egg Hunt

Before the starting "honk" These are a couple of Brooke's best friends from Kindergarten, Jenna and Jensen.

Callie didn't get much. I would say right here and she was like I don't want that one. She would only pick up chocolate. But Brooke got plenty!

Callie didn't get a prize egg but lucky for her Brooke got 2. They were pretty happy!

Ropin' Night and picture overload!

So Dad and Tiff came down last night and they decided to do a little roping lesson. First time I've seen Dad rope. He isn't bad. Haha. Notice Brooke's mischievous little look...

She had a hard time letting go to throw the loop. She would look at me and Tiff while he was showing her and roll her eyes every time. It was pretty funny.

Tiff even got in on the action but she waited till it was almost too dark to get a picture. I didn't get a picture of her black eye when she was done! Haha

When Dad and Seth quit bugging Brooke look what happened! She was so proud!

Callie was too busy building their "Ocean" in the sandbox to do any roping.

Dad is starting to like the little ones. He took Bowdee outside and then brought him back in and watched him for a while. Till he pooped then Dad suddenly was done.
